Lifetime Exchange Guarantee

At AAKRITI by APB, we believe that fine jewellery should continue to hold value beyond the moment of purchase. Our Lifetime Exchange Guarantee allows eligible AAKRITI by APB jewellery to be exchanged for Store Credit equivalent to 25% of the product’s original invoice value, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

• Exchange Value

Under the Lifetime Exchange Guarantee, an eligible product may be exchanged for Store Credit equivalent to 25% of the original invoice value of the product.

The exchange value is calculated solely on the original invoiced price of the jewellery and does not include shipping charges, COD handling fees, or any other additional charges paid at the time of purchase.

• Product Condition & Eligibility

To qualify for the Lifetime Exchange Guarantee, the base silver structure of the jewellery must remain intact. The product will be subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team before Store Credit is issued.

Normal signs of wear, including reasonable fading or wear of the plating resulting from regular use, are acceptable under this programme. 

Products with significant structural damage, missing stones, missing components, broken or altered parts, or modifications made by a third party may not be eligible for exchange.

• Store Credit Validity & Usage

Once the exchange has been approved, the applicable value will be issued as AAKRITI by APB Store Credit.

The Store Credit:

1. Will be equivalent to 25% of the original invoice value of the eligible product.

2. Will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

3. May be used towards the purchase of any eligible AAKRITI by APB product available online.

4. Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

5. Cannot be used to claim the prevailing market value, melt value, or scrap value of the silver or any other material contained in the jewellery.

• This Is Not a Buyback Programme

The Lifetime Exchange Guarantee is an exchange benefit and not a cash buyback scheme. No cash refund or monetary payout will be provided against jewellery submitted under this programme.

The exchange value is fixed at 25% of the original invoice value, subject to eligibility and approval, and is not determined by the prevailing market price, weight, purity-based melt value, or scrap value of silver.

• Shipping & Other Charges

Unless specifically waived or otherwise communicated by AAKRITI by APB, the cost of shipping the jewellery to us for inspection under the Lifetime Exchange Guarantee shall be borne by the customer.

• How to Avail the Lifetime Exchange Guarantee

To initiate an exchange request, please contact our support team and provide your Valid proof of purchase, along with clear photographs of the product showing its current condition.

Our team will conduct a preliminary review and provide further instructions if the product is eligible to be sent for physical inspection.

Once received, the jewellery will undergo a quality and eligibility inspection. Upon successful approval, the applicable Store Credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.

All exchanges under the Lifetime Exchange Guarantee are subject to verification and approval in accordance with the terms of this policy.
